曲軸專用熒光磁粉探傷機(jī)是磁粉探傷檢測(cè)設(shè)備。由電源控制系統(tǒng)、托架升降裝置、復(fù)合磁化裝置、夾持裝置、移位觀察系統(tǒng)、退磁系統(tǒng)、磁懸液噴淋回收系統(tǒng)、熒光觀察系統(tǒng)等組成,專門以濕式磁粉法檢查零部件表面和近表面的各種裂紋和細(xì)微缺陷。
Special fluorescent magnetic particle flaw detector for crankshaft is magnetic particle flaw detection equipment. It consists of a power supply control system, a bracket lifting device, a composite magnetization device, a clamping device, a displacement observation system, a demagnetization system, a magnetic suspension spray recovery system, a fluorescence observation system and the like, and is specially used for checking various cracks and slight defects on the surface and near the surface of parts by a wet magnetic particle method.
采用可控硅變流技術(shù),將高電壓小電流轉(zhuǎn)換成低電壓大電流,周、縱向電流均分別連續(xù)可調(diào),交流磁化具有斷電相位功能,既可用于剩磁法探傷,也可用于連續(xù)法探傷。周向磁化檢測(cè)方式采用傳統(tǒng)的直接通電的磁化方法,縱向磁化采用線圈感應(yīng)的磁化方法,設(shè)備一次性全方位磁化檢查工件表面和近表面的各種裂紋和細(xì)微缺陷。
Silicon controlled converter technology is adopted to convert high voltage and small current into low voltage and large current, and the circumferential and longitudinal currents are continuously adjustable respectively. AC magnetization has the function of power-off phase, which can be used for residual magnetic flaw detection and continuous flaw detection. The circumferential magnetization detection method adopts the traditional direct current magnetization method, the longitudinal magnetization adopts the coil induction magnetization method, and the equipment performs one-time omnidirectional magnetization to check various cracks and fine defects on the surface and near surface of the workpiece.
