該設(shè)備是機(jī)電分立式結(jié)構(gòu)、半自動(dòng)氣瓶瓶體專用磁粉探傷設(shè)備,由電源控制系統(tǒng),床身系統(tǒng),噴淋磁化系統(tǒng)、退磁系統(tǒng)、螺旋漸進(jìn)系統(tǒng),磁懸液噴灑及回收系統(tǒng),等幾部份組成,主體探傷采用感應(yīng)式復(fù)合磁化技術(shù),一改過(guò)去采用大電流通電磁化方式,設(shè)備整個(gè)磁化電流只有傳統(tǒng)探傷機(jī)的4‰,整體覆蓋為50%,漏檢率為0,復(fù)合磁化滿足15/50A型試片顯示清晰,實(shí)現(xiàn)整個(gè)氣瓶不與磁化機(jī)構(gòu)相接觸,具有節(jié)能、環(huán)保、安全、高效等特點(diǎn),符合JB/T4730-2005《承壓設(shè)備無(wú)損檢測(cè)》對(duì)檢測(cè)設(shè)備的相關(guān)要求。
The equipment is a special magnetic particle inspection equipment with electromechanical discrete structure and semi-automatic cylinder body. It consists of a power supply control system, a bed system, a spraying magnetization system, a demagnetization system, a spiral progressive system, a magnetic suspension spraying and recovery system, etc. The main body inspection adopts an induction type composite magnetization technology, which changes the previous high-current electrifying magnetization mode. The entire magnetization current of the equipment is only 4‰ of the traditional flaw detector, the overall coverage is 50%, and the missed detection rate is 0. The composite magnetization meets the clear display of the 15/50A type test piece, realizes that the whole gas cylinder is not in contact with the magnetization mechanism, has the characteristics of energy conservation, environmental protection, safety, high efficiency and the like, and meets the relevant requirements of JB/T4730-2005 "Nondestructive Testing of Pressure Equipment" on testing equipment.
