高斯計(又稱特斯拉計)是根據(jù)霍爾效應(yīng)原理制成的測量磁感應(yīng)強度的儀器,它由霍爾探頭和測量儀表構(gòu)成?;魻柼筋^在磁場中因霍爾效應(yīng)而產(chǎn)生霍爾電壓,測出霍爾電壓后根據(jù)霍爾電壓公式和已知的霍爾系數(shù)可確定磁感應(yīng)強度的大小。高斯計的讀數(shù)以高斯或千高斯為單位。是用于測量和顯示單位面積平均磁通密度或磁感應(yīng)強度的精密儀器。測量物體于空間上一個點的靜態(tài)或動態(tài)(交流)磁感應(yīng)強度, 由霍爾傳感器(精度更高可選擇磁通門傳感器).經(jīng)過物體磁力線穿過產(chǎn)生電流電壓,主設(shè)備上面顯示磁感應(yīng)強度。
Gauss meter (also called Tesla meter) is an instrument for measuring magnetic induction intensity based on Hall effect principle. It consists of Hall probe and measuring instrument. Hall probe generates Hall voltage due to Hall effect in magnetic field. After Hall voltage is measured, the magnitude of magnetic induction intensity can be determined according to Hall voltage formula and known Hall coefficient. Gaussmeter readings are in gauss or thousands of gauss. It is a precision instrument for measuring and displaying the average magnetic flux density or magnetic induction intensity per unit area. The static or dynamic (alternating current) magnetic induction intensity of an object at a point in space is measured by a Hall sensor (a fluxgate sensor with higher precision is selected). Current and voltage are generated by passing through magnetic lines of force of the object, and the magnetic induction intensity is displayed on the main equipment.
高斯計需要能夠測量恒定磁場,直流磁場與交流磁場和脈沖磁場的功能。 同時由于智能制造發(fā)展高斯計需要能夠與自動化設(shè)備有交互功能,因而485通訊與開關(guān)量端口,模擬信號端口成為必須。
Gauss meter needs to be able to measure constant magnetic field, DC magnetic field, AC magnetic field and pulse magnetic field. At the same time, due to the development of intelligent manufacturing, gauss meter needs to be able to interact with automation equipment, so 485 communication, switching value port and analog signal port become necessary.
現(xiàn)如今市場高斯計隨著設(shè)計技術(shù)進(jìn)步,已經(jīng)由原有的模擬電路轉(zhuǎn)化成STC單片機設(shè)計的方案,近年來隨著高斯計功能增強,內(nèi)部程序的復(fù)雜程度也提高了。
